Naturally Flavored Water – Bye Bye Soda!

I was HOOKED on Diet Pepsi. Like I was drinking a 6 pack a day, every day.  I started that nasty habit back in high school and it really got going in college. I craved the caffeine to help me get my day started, keep it going, and get me through my classes.  After a few years, it started giving me headaches  nearly every day. I had to quit. My new healthy alternative? Naturally flavored water.  With a few recipes from my local GNC store and a few from the internet, I stocked my fridge full of colorful and tasty fruits and plants:

After a bit of chopping  and slicing, I prepared a little batch of natural fruit drink. YUM.
